Our Project Managers are trained to effectively communicate any and all project details. We pay special attention to all things cost related so that clients can know their exact budget at any moment. From RFIs to submittals, plan changes and change request, our clients will always have a clear understanding of where the project is at, and how we got there.


Superintendent Bonus Program:


We have done enough construction projects that we understand your project is only as good as the on-site superintendent who is meeting with sub-contractors and pushing the schedule. Because of this, we have developed a first in class bonus program for our superintendents. Their bonus is paid directly by the owners of AIM Construction (this bonus is not an increase to the fee or the budget) and is intended to keep our superintendents motivated to push schedule, solve problems efficiently, and communicate often with the subs. We have found great success doing this internally with AIM Development projects, and offer this to our superintendents in a third-party scenario as well.
